Arnau Tenas was born on May 30, 2001, in Vic, Spain. He is a left-footed goalkeeper standing 1.85 meters tall. He plays for Paris Saint-Germain wearing jersey number 80.
A product of FC Barcelona’s La Masia academy since 2010, Tenas was regarded as one of the most complete goalkeepers of his generation in Spain despite not making a senior debut at Barça.

On July 30, 2023, he joined PSG as third-choice keeper, following coach Luis Enrique. His debut came on December 3, 2023, against Le Havre with seven key saves in a 2-0 win.
In the 2024–2025 Champions League, Tenas was PSG’s third goalkeeper. Though he did not play, he earned a winner’s medal after PSG’s 5-0 triumph over Inter Milan in the final.
Tenas has represented Spain at every youth level and joined the senior national team in 2022. He won Olympic gold in 2024 helping Spain beat France 5-3 after extra time.
