PSG Set to Face Messi’s Inter Miami in Club World Cup Round of 16

PSG is through to the Round of 16 in the Club World Cup and will face Inter Miami, led by Lionel Messi. Despite the star power, the MLS side is seen as an underdog.

Daniel Riolo from RMC argues that only a miracle could prevent PSG’s win. He claims there will be no real contest unless the Parisians collapse and Miami plays like a decade ago.

“All the veterans would need to regain their level from 10 years ago and PSG would have to collapse. But unless a supernatural event happens, there won’t be a match,” asserts the editorialist on After Foot on RMC.

Ousmane Dembélé may return from injury. He traveled with the squad to the US and is reportedly eager to play in the upcoming clash against Inter Miami.
